Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by J-Crew Entertainment (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, paying for, or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

J-Crew Entertainment provides event-based services including but not limited to:

• DJ & MC Services
• Trivia, Karaoke, and Music Bingo
• Photo Booth Services (360°, Mirror, Classic)
• Movie Night Equipment & LED Wall Rentals
• Audio, Video, and Lighting Equipment
• Specialty Event Rentals and Activations

Services will be delivered as outlined in the signed agreement, invoice, or booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date
• The remaining balance is due prior to or on the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Events may be rescheduled (subject to availability) with advance notice
• Rescheduled events must occur within 12 months of the original date unless otherwise approved
• Cancellations made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7–14 days prior) may be responsible for full payment

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details (location, time, access, etc.)
• Ensure adequate space, power supply, and safe setup conditions
• Obtain any necessary permits or venue approvals
• Maintain a safe environment for equipment and staff

5. Equipment & Liability

• All equipment remains the property of J-Crew Entertainment
• Client assumes responsibility for any damage caused by guests, venue conditions, or misuse
• Client may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement of damaged equipment

6. Inclement Weather

• Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions
• J-Crew Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or stop services for safety concerns
• If Client chooses to proceed in unsafe conditions, Client assumes full liability for damages (as outlined in separate Weather Waiver, if applicable)

7. Performance Conditions

• Client must provide a safe and respectful working environment
• J-Crew Entertainment reserves the right to terminate services without refund if staff is subjected to unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior
• Delays caused by Client or venue may reduce service time without refund

8. Photo, Video & Media Release

• Events may include photo and video capture
• J-Crew Entertainment reserves the right to use media for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes
• Clients may opt out in writing prior to the event

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• J-Crew Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for issues beyond our control (e.g., power outages, venue restrictions, acts of God)

10. Third-Party Vendors

• J-Crew Entertainment is not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party vendors
• Coordination with vendors must be communicated in advance

11. Intellectual Property

• All branding, materials, music selections, game formats, and event content created by J-Crew Entertainment remain our intellectual property
• These may not be reproduced or reused without written permission

12. Non-Solicitation

Client agrees not to directly hire or solicit J-Crew Entertainment staff or contractors for independent services outside of J-Crew Entertainment for a period of 12 months following the event.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Illness or emergencies
• Equipment failure despite reasonable precautions

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

15. Agreement

By booking services, signing a contract, or making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

16. Contact Information

A. Setup & Time Clause

“Setup time (typically 1 hour) is included prior to event start time. Delays in access may reduce service time without refund.”

B. Power Requirement Clause

“Client agrees to provide access to reliable power within 50 feet of setup location. Generators may be required for outdoor events.”

C. Photo Booth Printing Clause

“Unlimited prints are subject to reasonable use. Abuse of printing services may result in limitations during the event.”
