What's included with the rental of a foam machine?
When you rent a foam machine from us, you get the machine itself, a hose, and a tripod stand. The rental fee is $300 for three hours of fun per machine. (There's an additional $100 fee per machine for the foam solution).
For example, if you rent two machines for three hours, the total cost would be $800 ($300 per machine + $100 foam solution fee per machine).
Do you provide staff to operate the foam machine during events?
Yes, we provide trained staff to operate the foam machine during every event. This ensures everything runs smoothly so you can focus on having a good time.
Is there anything I, the customer, need to provide?
In addition to an open exterior location for the party, we will will need a standard water spigot (and water service, of course).
How much foam solution do we get, and how long does it last?
We provide enough foam solution to last the full three hours of your event. If you think you'll need more, additional solution is available for purchase.
What types of events are foam machines good for?
Foam machines add a unique touch to a variety of events like birthday parties, school functions, corporate events, festivals, or any gathering where you want to up the fun factor.
Is the foam safe for kids and pets?
Absolutely! Our foam solution is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and safe for kids and pets. Plus, it's biodegradable, so it's gentle on the environment.
Can I use a foam machine indoors?
No. For the safety of our staff and clients, we recommend that this kind of party be held outdoors.
What power requirements does the foam machine have?
Each foam machine needs a standard electrical outlet. Make sure the outlet is easy to access and not shared with other high-power devices.
How far in advance should I book a foam machine?
To ensure you get a machine when you need it, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially during busy event seasons.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your event, you'll get a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
How do I clean up after using the foam machine?
Cleanup is straightforward. The foam will dissipate on its own over time, but if you need to clean up faster, you can rinse it away with water. Our foam solution won't leave any residue behind.
